Access

The download gate requires the signed-in GitHub account to star both named public repositories. Star status is checked again when an archive is requested. Access may be paused when GitHub verification or archive delivery is unavailable.

下载前，当前 GitHub 账号必须为两个指定公开仓库点 Star；每次请求压缩包时都会重新核验。 GitHub 核验或私库下载暂不可用时，站点可能暂停开放下载。

License

Each downloaded Skill is governed by the license included in its archive. Current releases are source-available for permitted noncommercial use and do not grant commercial use, modification or redistribution rights unless a separate written license says otherwise.

每个 Skill 以压缩包内附带的协议为准。当前版本以源码可见方式提供，仅允许协议规定的非商业 使用；除非另有书面许可，否则不授予商用、修改或再分发权利。

No automated starring

The site never stars or unstars a repository for you. The external GitHub links let you make that choice directly on GitHub.

Archives are provided as maintained, without a promise of uninterrupted availability. GitHub availability, app authorization, rate limits and repository maintenance can affect delivery.
